The music!  The moves! The magic! Join certified fitness, dance and yoga instructor Amy Fournier and see what makes Zumba different! It is a “feel good” workout where you can dance your woes away. Zumba means “to move fast and have fun” and that’s exactly what happens!

• Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness program.
  
• The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the entire body to create a one of a kind workout.

Watercolor Painting Workshop

In 1999, Tom Sutherland discovered the medium of watercolor and has been hooked ever since! Tom started his career as a Civil Engineer, but it wasn’t long before he discovered his true love was art. For thirty years he has been pursuing the arts as his career. Experimentation with various mediums led to his instant love affair with watercolors. Numerous collectors in the United States and Europe have purchased Tom’s pieces to display in their collections. In this workshop Tom will share his passion and approach to painting in watercolor.

• This workshop will include demonstrations, critiques, and one-on-one individual help
• You will be guided through the tools and the rules of painting and design to nurture and bring forward your own unique style in the watercolor medium
• Complete a seascape watercolor painting with all art supplies provided: paint, paintbrushes, paper, and an easel.
