    At  Yankee 2015 your company will have the unique opportunity to present a live dentistry program on the exhibit hall floor. These courses will be listed in the Yankee Program Book as a low-cost program to attendees.

    Yankee Dental congress will provide the stage in the exhibit hall, A/V equipment, a dental operatory and a seating area for 125 attendees. The programs will also have a televised view of the procedures. If you need additional A/V or proprietary equipment or supplies, it will be the company's responsibility to provide. Your company is responsible to provide the clinician, patient, and moderator if desired.

    Live DentistryThe practitioner selected must have a MA license in order to perform the procedure. If the practitioner is not licensed in this state, they must complete the application form and process the registration fee. In order to participate in this program, your company must be a contracted YDC 2015 exhibitor.

    The Yankee Dental Congress will supply general dental operatory materials and equipment. All other supplies/materials are the responsibility of the company.

    The speaker and assistants will be registered ahead of time and badges can be picked up on-site a the clinician/show office, located in the North Lobby. We will need the patient's name prior to the meeting to provide a guest badge.

    All speaker honoraria and travel expenses must be arranged by the sponsoring company. YDC reserves the right of final approval of all speaker's. YDC volunteers will be available for assistance, but company representatives need to set up the operatory with materials, supplies, patient, and speaker. Companies are also responsible for clean up after the course to ensure the operatory is ready for the next program. Deadline to receive information to be included in the Program Book is June 9, 2014.

    Cost to participate:

    • $8,000 per 3 hour slot
    • $7,000 per 2 hour slot

    There are a total of 6 slots available.  Please indicate which time slot you prefer on the application.
