EDUCATIONAL SPONSORSHIPS

Maximize your company's presence and visibility with a wide variety of sponsorship opportunities.

Scientific Sponsorship

Yankee Dental Congress is known for it’s outstanding educational program. Every year, hundreds of speakers and companies submit speaker names for consideration. Yankee prides itself on selecting only the best for our attendees. There are three different ways to become part of the Yankee educational program: submit speakers, choose from the Yankee speaker/course list and commit to an educational grant.

In order to participate your company must be a contracted Yankee 2018 exhibitor.

Exhibit Floor Classrooms

Yankee 2018 will offer classrooms on the exhibit show floor for companies that wish to present lectures for attendees. These courses will be listed in the Yankee Program Book as FREE to the attendees. If appropriate, CE Credits will be granted by Yankee.

There will be a total of 6 classrooms available each day. A lecture room will seat 80. The rooms will be enclosed with fabric panels. Basic A/V will be provided in each room, including a LCD projector, screen, and wireless microphone. If additional A/V is required, please contact Taylor Monahan at tmonahan@massdental.org. Additional A/V is at the expense of the sponsoring company.

Rooms will be available in 2 hour time slots. Courses will run Thursday, January 25th through Saturday, January 27th. Selection of a classroom location and time slots is on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order to participate in these classrooms your company must be a contracted Yankee 2018 exhibitor.

All speaker honoraria, travel and expenses must be arranged by the sponsoring company. Yankee reserves the right of final approval of all speakers. Yankee volunteers will be available for assistance, but company representatives need to set up the room with materials and supplies. Companies are also responsible for clean-up after the course to ensure the room is ready for the next program. Deadline to be included in the official Program Book is June 10, 2017.

In order to operate in accordance with ADA CERP standards please note that product-promotion material or product-specific advertisement of any type is prohibited in or during the continuing education program. Practice Transition

Give doctors the opportunity to learn how you can help them with buying, selling, or constructing a practice. This classroom is specifically designed to highlight relevant companies in our area.
We will offer two slots on Thursday, one slot on Friday, and two slots on Saturday that will be open first come, first serve for companies to reserve and offer courses of their choice. (Yankee reserves the right to edit and approve final course description).

The Friday morning course will be a panel discussion, and we will allow five panelists to participate. We would ask that each speaker submit questions ahead of time as initial questions
to be discussed. (These will be distributed ahead of time, so that everyone has time to prepare.) Please note, that we will allow doctors to ask questions.

To participate in these classrooms your company must be a contracted Yankee 2018 exhibitor. In order to operate in accordance with ADA CERP standards please note that product-promotion
material or product-specific advertisement of any type is prohibited in or during the continuing education program. If you have a speaker change—MDS must be notified as soon as possible. MDS has final approval of all speakers/topics and can cancel them at anytime.
