Why has YDC changed the housing bureau opening date?
In the past, our housing bureau opened before the full YDC program was published. Many of you told us that it was difficult to make housing decisions without this information. This change will allow you to make your hotel choices based on your schedule, as well as give you the opportunity to register and reserve housing all at one time.

Will I be required to register for YDC 33 before reserving housing?
No. You can do them in either order, all at one time, or at different times. The choice is up to you.

What is the best way to register for YDC 33 and reserve my housing?
YDC strongly recommends registering online. Online applications allow you to register for Yankee, select courses and events, and book housing in one online visit and receive immediate confirmations, either for an individual or for a group. Whether you reserve your housing first or register first, you will only have to enter your contact information once.

When are the deadlines to make changes or cancellations to reservations with the housing bureau?
Cancellations: Cancellations, in part or whole, must be made prior to 7:00 p.m. EST, December 27, 2007. Cancellations after this date may result in penalty charges.
Modifications: The YDC 33 Housing Bureau will accept modifications prior to 7:00 p.m. EST, January 16, 2008.
All Housing Bureau policies will be published on this site in August 2007 or can be found in the YDC 33 Program Book, which will be published in September 2007.
