FREE continuous courtesy shuttle service will be available between convention YDC hotels and the BCEC.
MDS/YDC provides complimentary shuttle bus transportation between all official hotels in the YDC hotel block & the BCEC. Upon hotel check-in, please refer to the hotel lobby sign to familiarize yourself with the shuttle bus boarding location or check with concierge for further assistance. EXPECTED TRAVEL TIMES: Please allow a minimum of 20 – 55 minutes (including wait time) from the hotel to the BCEC during peak travel times (8:00 - 9:30am & 4:30 - 6:30pm) or during inclement weather.
SPECIAL NEEDS TRANSPORTATION AND HOTEL SHUTTLE INFORMATION:
Please call RPMs, the official transportation provider for YDC, at 877-899-0986 for special needs transportation and hotel shuttle information. Accessible equipment will be available during scheduled shuttle service. Reservations are requested at least 20 minutes in advance of desired pick up time.
