Shuttle Buses
Complimentary Shuttle Bus Service for YDC 2013
 FREE continuous courtesy shuttle service is available between convention YDC hotels and the BCEC.
MDS/YDC provides complimentary shuttle bus transportation between all official hotels in the YDC hotel block & the BCEC. Upon hotel check-in, please refer to the hotel lobby sign to familiarize yourself with the shuttle bus boarding location or check with concierge for further assistance. A shuttle bus stop will be located within close proximity of every YDC official hotel not within walking distance of the convention center. This information is subject to change.

Shopping Shuttle: Routes 1 & 2 provide easy access to the Back Bay area for shopping and dining. Please refer to schedule above for Expected Travel Times: Please allow a minimum of 20 – 55 minutes (including wait time) from the hotel to the BCEC during peak travel times (8:00 am - 9:30 am & 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm) or during inclement weather.

Hotel Shuttle Information & Special Needs Transportation
Please call RPMs, the official transportation provider for YDC, at (877)-899-0986 for hotel shuttle & special needs transportation information. For special needs transportation, accessible equipment is available during scheduled shuttle service and reservations should be made at least 20 minutes in advance of desired pick up time. The hotel shuttle office will be operational 30 minutes before and after the daily shuttle schedule.
