All postdoctoral and dental students (including hygiene, assisting, and technician) in New England will be preregistered through their school free of charge before September 30, 2015. Students wishing to register for a tuition class may modify their registration online.

    Preregistration is required for all No Charge courses, except Student Table Clinics and the Student Day Debate. Your seat will be held for 10 minutes after the start of the course. When the room is filled, no additional people will be admitted and no standing is allowed per order of the fire marshal.

    Seventh Annual American Student Dental Association District 1 Debateedic

    Support students from the five New England dental schools as they gather for a friendly round of competition at the American Student Dental Association (ASDA) District 1 Annual Debate at the BCEC. Watch as teams face off across multiple rounds, arguing pertinent policy and ethical issues facing students and practitioners alike. Representative Jeffrey Sánchez, chair of the Joint Committee on Health Care Financing, will kick off the event as the keynote speaker. 

    Rep Sanchez 2016Representative Jeffrey Sánchez has served as Massachusetts State Representative for the 15th Suffolk District, which includes Mission Hill and Jamaica Plain, since 2003. In February 2015, he was appointed the House Chairman of the Joint Committee on Health Care Financing. Prior to this role, he served as the House Chairman of the Joint Committee on Public Health for six years. His work is focused on evidence-based health policy reform, particularly for underserved communities. Rep. Sánchez currently chairs the Speaker of House’s Working Group on Medicaid Managed Care and is an instructor at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
