All postdoctoral and dental students (including hygiene, assisting, and technician) in New England will be preregistered through their school free of charge before September 17, 2014. Students wishing to register for a tuition class may modify their registration online.
Preregistration is required for all No Charge courses, except Student Table Clinics and the Student Day Debate. Your seat will be held for 10 minutes after the start of the course. When the room is filled, no additional people will be admitted and no standing is allowed per order of the fire marshal.
4:30 - 6:30 pmJoin students from the five New England dental schools as they gather for a friendly round of competition at the American Student Dental Association (ASDA) District 1 Annual Debate at the BCEC. Watch as teams face off across multiple rounds, arguing pertinent policy and ethical issues facing students and practitioners alike. Dr. Jeffrey Dow, the ADA District 1 Trustee, will kick off the event as the keynote speaker.
Jeffrey Dow, DMD, is the ADA First District Trustee. Previously he served on the ADA Council on Government Affairs, First District Caucus Coordinator and is a Past President of the Maine Dental Association. He is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and practices in Newport, ME. He is a retired Colonel from the Maine Army National Guard.

The annual Yankee Student Reception will be held at the BCEC and will immediately follow the debate. All debate attendees will receive one drink ticket to be redeemed at the reception.
