Airport Ground Transportation
Several ground transportation options are available between Logan International Airport and downtown Boston locations. Please visit https://www.taxifarefinder.com/
for current taxi fares and to compare taxi, Uber, Lyft, and other transportation options.
- 1,345 parking spaces in the BCEC South Parking Lot at $18 per day (no overnight parking)
- Oversized Vehicle (anything that does not fit within a single 9ft X 9ft parking space): $40
- 200 parking spaces for valet parking at $30 per day during most events
- Additional parking at nearby parking facilities

You have been registered for Yankee and your Registration/ Badge # has been emailed to you. Please use this number to add courses and events to your registration record for the meeting. Badges and tickets will be available for pick up at the Speaker Registration Area at the BCEC, North Lobby on Wednesday, 1:00 - 6:00 pm, Thursday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturday 7:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Any handouts to be used at your course must be submitted to Susan Karp for review by our program committee no later than September 23, 2019. Please send handouts as Adobe PDF files to firstname.lastname@example.org
. Handout materials will be available to registered attendees as downloads. Printed handouts will not be available. Handouts Will Not Be Produced On-site.
Shipping labels will be sent to hands-on and workshop speakers in early December for those shipping any hands-on or workshop course materials or equipment for Yankee 2020. If you need labels, please indicate this on the bottom of the Hands-on Information form or A-V form.
Speaker Ready Room
A Speaker Ready Room will be available for your use should you need to review your computer presentation or if you need assistance with the operation of the computer projector prior to your presentation. The specific location will be included in our December speaker mailing.
