COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE

FREE courtesy shuttle service is available between SELECT convention Yankee hotels and the BCEC. Please be sure to check the schedule as routes have changed for 2019

Yankee Dental Congress provides complimentary shuttle bus transportation between select hotels in the Yankee hotel block & the BCEC. Upon hotel check-in, please refer to the hotel lobby sign to familiarize yourself with the shuttle bus boarding location or check with concierge for further assistance. This information is subject to change. Please refer to the Hotel Maps and Rates page for transportation information.

Departure Times: Routes 1 - 3

Service to BCEC. Departing hotels every 15 – 20 minutes
6:30 – 10:00 am
Return service to hotels. Departing BCEC every 15 – 20 minutes.
4:00 – 6:30 pm (Thursday and Friday) 4:00 - 6:00 pm (Saturday)

At the BCEC, Route 1 will load/unload at Level 1 North East Side and Route 2 at Level 1 East and Route 3 at Level 1.

Expected Travel Times:

Please allow a minimum of 20 - 55 minutes (including wait time) from the hotel to the BCEC during peak travel times (7:30 am - 9:30 am & 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm) or during inclement weather.
