Charles Loretto, is a partner and investment advisor representative of Cain Watters & Associates.
This course will allow attendees to receive a thorough outline of considerations to analyze when contemplating partnerships. Finding a buyer for the practice and getting a fair value are simply two parts of a larger equation. Learn how to position yourself financially to sell a portion or all of the practice and gain a keen understanding of how it all impacts your financial future. Understand what portion of the practice to transition based on both doctors' average collections. The instructor will also explore the emotional side of the buying and selling process from the perspectives of doctors on both sides.
After this course attendees will be able to:
  • Compare the step-by-step process that produces successful, equitable partnerships
  • Determine if it makes financial sense to buy-in as an associate
  • Review how much income you will have to give up when you bring in a partner
  • Identify when to acquire a valuation of the business and what to expect
