This course is designed to provide attendees with a basic understanding of all aspects of transitioning a dental practice. Whether you are a dentist who is contemplating selling your practice, looking to take on a partner or an associate, looking to buy a practice, or wanting to become a partner, this course will provide attendees with the necessary insight for making the right decisions. In addition, the instructor will briefly explain how a practice’s value is determined and will cover the tax implications to the parties involved in a particular type of transition, which will allow attendees to minimize their tax liability.
