Becoming a practice owner can be scary, and some of the best advice you can get is from dentists who have already taken that step and been successful. A panel of practice owners who bought or started a practice from scratch in the last five years will answer all of your questions regarding the process and timeline. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from the firsthand experience of your peers who have already made the transition into ownership. Becoming a practice owner can be the most rewarding experience of your career, both personally and financially. The great news is that owning a practice can happen as early as 12 months out of dental school with the right planning and an experienced team to help you.

After this course attendees will be able to:
  • List the questions you should be asking yourself before you make the jump into ownership
  • Identify key members of your team to improve the process
  • Describe how building benefit infrastructure can attract and retain members of your team
  • Summarize the timeline and path of ownership and whether you want to buy or start from scratch
