Christina DiBona Pastan, DMD is an assistant clinical professor in the department of endodontics and the director of Mind-Body Wellness at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She also maintains a private practice in Salem, MA.

Meditation is an ancient practice that relaxes the mind and body and cultivates the qualities self-awareness, non-judgement and self-compassion. This one-hour introductory mediation session will tap into all three aspects of meditation with a variety of techniques and four meditation experiences. No experience necessary.

Learning Objectives:
  • Discover the practice of just “being”
  • Recognize the natural fluidity of the mind
  • Interpret possibilities to incorporate meditation into everyday life
