Katrina Klein, RDH is a practicing Registered Dental Hygienist, Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, founder of ErgoFitLife, influencer, and up-and-coming national speaker. For 24 years Katrina has implemented daily ergonomic strategies in numerous practices. She specializes in bio mechanics and fitness, and the ways in which they can be used for injury prevention during clinical practice, reduction of existing pain and career longevity. She is an expert and thought leader in preparing individuals in all walks of life for a pain free life and career.

Anyone who has battled a tongue, cheek, or lip understands how laborious the work of a dental clinician can be.  Attendees will dive into the causes and cures of dental professional body aches and pains that can be used in today's dentistry and protect your physical health using ergonomic equipment, chairside ergonomic strategies, target zone stretches and fitness. 

In this course attendees will:
  • Identify risk factors for work related pain, discomfort and possible disability
  • Discuss solutions for a correct workspace
  • Understand how to practice comfortably and safely
  • Discover posture strengthening for dental professionals
  • Learn proper stretching for dental professionals
