The world of dentistry has exploded with numerous new materials over the last 20 years and many of these materials depend on proper polymerization in order to achieve their great physical properties. The questions become how do you know if your materials are being properly polymerized. This course will review advances in indirect and direct restorative materials and methods to stack the polymerization deck in your favor. Furthermore, information will be presented to show how we can quickly test our lights down to the level of a specific light in your operatory with your materials. Don’t be blinded by the fact that blue light is coming out of your curing light, have an evidence-based approach to polymerization and longevity of your restorations.
