Domenic D'Amico, DMD is an adjunct instructor, Department of Comprehensive Care, Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he also lectures on CAD/CAM dentistry. Dr. D’Amico is a Patterson Cerec Basic Trainer. He has presented for the Yankee Dental Congress on 3D planning, placement and restoration of dental implants. He has also presented live surgery implant placement for Dentsply Sirona’s Astra Tech EV Guided Implant System.

A three doctor panel with differing CAD/CAM systems will discuss why they chose to become an integrated CAD/CAM practice and the factors considered for choosing their particular system. A presentation of the in-office capabilities of each system, real life utilization, productivity and patient acceptance to highlight the opportunities for practice growth.

After this course attendees will be able to:
  • Understand how single visit dentistry contributes to practice growth
  • Compare the capabilities of differing CAD/CAM systems in the real world
  • Examine how CAD/CAM increases patient acceptance and practice productivity
