Loren King, is an international speaker, soon to be TedX speaker, bringing awareness to topics like human trafficking, sexual assault, human motivation and inspiration. She is a registered dental hygienist, saleswoman, lecturer, mentor, coach and an aspiring author. Loren is also a licensed skydiver who has jumped out of a perfectly good airplane, solo, 34 times – which speaks to her resilience to conquer hard things.

In this course, the instructor will cover how dental practices are dealing with staffing issues during COVID-19, including hybrid work environments, using companies to provide phone support, insurance verifications, re-care, and patient follow up. The pandemic has been very difficult, but with the resources that will be presented in this course, your practice will be able to better navigate these difficult times. 

After this course attendees will be able to:
  • Understand how to master the hiring challenge during the labor shortage
  • Learn how to train staff both in person and remotely
  • Discuss how to engage patients better both in person and online
  • Determine how to effectively utilize remote employees
