Whether you have already expanded your practice through acquisition or are only in the beginning stages of considering expanding your footprint, this course will take a deep dive into all things M&A, business planning, deal structure and the financial aspects of an M&A deal. This course will take you on a journey to build your personal roadmap that will help you determine where you want to go and how you’re going to get there. One will also learn strategies and tactics that will give insight into how, when, and why to take on a partner and the various deal structures associated with each option available.
