To do so, Employees must be properly trained on how to use social media. Without adequate employee training, your organization may be subject to fines due to the misuse of social media. Whether your practice uses Facebook to attract new clients or your employees post about their workday on Twitter, improper use of social media can lead to major HIPAA violations.
