This course will cover the evolution of dental practice transitions, trends in valuation, factors that contribute to premium valuations, favorable terms and conditions, and unique characteristics of the buyers in today’s marketplace. The importance of the timing of a transition and its impacts will be covered in detail.  Most importantly, the instructor will discuss trends in seller representation options and highlight questionable tactics not apparent to many sellers.
