Christina Bridgeman, has over 20 years of experience in the dental field. She started as an expanded functions dental assistant then transitioned into practice management and helped multiple practices reduce their A/R, train their staff on best practices, and create processes that improve production. In 2020, Chrissy noticed the staffing struggles that Dentists were facing across the country and decided to use her knowledge to start building MODPractice, a revenue cycle management company that is truly focused on helping doctors succeed and grow.
Tired of seeing A/R out of control? Too many aging claims over 60 days?
In this course, attendees will learn tips and tricks to recover money in aging claims as well as how to prevent claims from aging moving forward. In the first hour of the course, attendees will focus on the impact of insurance verification, proper supporting documentation, and claims submission followed by a short question and answer. In the second hour of the course, attendees will focus on posting/adjustments, claim management (claim tracking and aging claims), and appeals followed by a short question and answer.
