Christopher Fallago, DMD is a native of Rhode Island. He received a Masters in Medical Science degree from Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Fallago graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2016. After dental school, he attended NYU Lutheran's Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. Dr. Fallago is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.

Jean Fallago, JD, LLM is is a Tax Attorney, speaker, author,appraiser, licensed Realtor recognized expert witness for Practice appraisals. She has a BS in finance, worked for Price Waterhouse as a Tax attorney before transitioning into Professional Practice Transitions. She also served in the esteeemed position of Probate Court Judge for 2 terms. She has more than 25 years experience in professional practice transitions and has served on the expert panel for several Yankee Dental Congress Courses.

Richard Fallago, JD is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and also holds a Masters in Tax Law from Boston University Graduate Law School. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions for buyers and sellers and related tax planning strategies. He currently serves as Senior Counsel to Gordon & Rees in the Business Transactions Group.

In this course you will learn everything a seller needs to know about selling a practice or a partnership interest, keys to practice values, what is involved in getting your practice ready for sale, how to make that decision, how to best save taxes, whether to sell your real estate or lease it, what a buyer is looking at, and is a DSO right for you, legal issues and the marketplace. Hear from a buyer on what went into his decision process.

After this course attendees will be able to:

  • Learn the facts of appraisal values
  • Understand the "process" of getting ready to sell your practice
  • Hear the legal issues and why deals can fall apart
  • Determine if the real estate should be sold or leased
  • Identify the different buyer pool including DSO's and determine the best fit for you
  • Identify key information to save thousands in taxes on the sale
  • Hear from a buyer his decision making process
