Kathy Ells, Regional Director of Practice Finance for Provide. Kathy is experienced in transitioning more than 1,500 dental practices over the last 25 years. Providing solutions for lending for practice acquisitions, startup's, renovations, partnership buy-in/outs and refinancing. Beginning her career as an accountant has laid the coundation for providing financing solutions and by continuing her education obtaining a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Masters in Organizational Leadership (MSOL). Kathy has lectured over the last 25 years at local, regional and national dental events.
Nicholas Rulli, Nicholas Rulli is a National Sales Manager of practice finance for the Eastern region at Provide. Nicholas has had the opportunity to work in the healthcare industry for over 18 years. Throughout his career, he’s always said “You will always succeed by building up those around you”.
Nick began his banking career in the healthcare practice finance industry in Columbus, Ohio, in 2003. He relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, with an opportunity to build up and grow a market for the largest financier in the industry. After success in the Southwest, Nick managed inside and outside teams throughout the country and eventually returned to the Midwest to be near family.
Working in the practice acquisition, commercial real estate, remodel, refinance, ad startup space, Nicholas has seen it all. With proven relationships across the country, he can be a trusted resource to all prospects and clients.
