Roy Shelburne, DDS is a speaker, consultant, and former prisoner convicted of health care fraud in 2008 and released in 2010. He lectures on how to form a defensive systematic approach to record keeping to prevent what happened to him from happening to others. He maintains a private practice in Bristol, VA.

CDT Codes are changing at an unprecedented rate and ICD-10 completely new to many practices. In the CDT, over 175 additions, deletions, and modifications have occurred over the past 3 years.
