This industry-specialized expertise ensures that Mr. Tortolano understands the specific accounting, tax, and business needs of dental and medical professionals and their businesses. Mr. Tortolano specializes in Dental Support Organizations (DSO) for at least 5 years and has been a key note speaker on the subject and is engaged on multiple panels
Michael Zepf, Michael Zepf enjoys consulting with Dental Partners to ensure alignment in all key areas of operations management: Day to Day operations, Marketing, Financial, Human Resources, Compliance, Technology Integration, and Facilities Management. Mr. Zepf has over 25 years of experience within the dental industry. He specializes in the operations of dental offices relying on his experience from being an owner/partner within dental offices. Combining his experience in operations and relying on the accounting information, Mr. Zepf is able to work with his clients to improve their income from the office and overall quality of life. Mr. Zepf’s goal is to implement the strategies that simply “ Improve the quality of life” of our partners: True Team Development, Profit Maximization, and Operational Management.

In this course we will discuss how tight integrations between accounting and operations. We will discuss the importance of timely and accurate reporting for monthly results. We will discuss how your accounting team needs to be providing timely and accurate numbers.
