“Filling the Voids” as a Dental Assistant
Ronda Holman, DA is a dental assistant who has never stopped learning. She started her amazing career in the United States Airforce in 1999. Little did she know that there would be a true advantage to moving every three years and assisting for more than 20 dentists in 10 diverse dental offices around the country. Growth happens outside of your comfort zone.
Ronda hosts the “DA Rockstars Podcast “ and has been an advocate for dental assistants, helping them learn for over half a decade and is now working with IgniteDDS to impact others to think outside of the box to find true fulfillment in their careers.
Each and every practice has opportunities for dental assistants to do more, contribute more and feel valued. There is always something to learn and contribute to the growth and prosperity of a practice and the dental assistant can be the right person for that job. It’s time to think outside of that box!
