Starting at heartland Dental in October 2011, Kim brings more then 30 years of both clinical and dental practice support experience to the company. Before transitioning to the role of Vice President, Chief of Staff for DeAnn McClain, she was VP of Operations and director of Revenue Cycle for Heartland Dental.
In her current role, she works closely with DeAnn McClain, the Operations team, doctors and their teams to support them in their professional development as they provide world-class care to the communications they serve.
She plays an active role in advancing the dental industry through her work in the DSO arena. Kim has served on the NDEDIC Board of Directors, the NADP Council for DSOs as well as the ADA Coding Committee, and the AADP DSO Advisory Committee.
