IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER
April 1: Application for booth space and Exhibit Prospectus available online.
April 25: Contract and deposit are due for priority point space assignment. Only YDC '08 exhibitors are permitted to contract at this time; all other contracts will be held until May 30.
May 30: Notices of first round booth assignments are mailed. Second round booth assignments begin and will continue until the exhibit hall sells out.
June 10: Deadline for booth cancellation/reductions with a full refund.
July 31: Companies whose contracts are received by this date will be listed in the Program Book.
August 31: Balance of Booth payment is due. New applications for space require 100% of total exhibit fees for the space assigned.
September 24: YDC Housing Bureau Opens. Registration opens for attendees and exhibitor booth personnel.
Mid-October: Exhibitor Service Kits (CD) mailed and available online.
October 15: Complimentary Expo passes available for you to invite your customers and prospects on to the show floor for no charge.
November 1: Deadline for booth cancellation/reduction with 50% of full booth fee retained. Space canceled after this date will forfeit 100% of booth fee.
December 1: Certificates of Insurance are due to MDS from every exhibiting company.
December 10: Companies whose contracts are received by this date will be included in the On-Site Guide.
December 29: Deadline for registering booth personnel in order to receive badges by mail.
December 31: Deadline to make any cancellations to hotel reservations without penalty.
January 5: Deadline to submit Exhibitor-Appointed Non-official contractor authorization form. Deadline to submit booth and hanging sign variance forms for approval. Deadline to submit early/late move-in variance form for approval.
January 14: Deadline to make hotel reservations within the YDC Housing Blocks.
