The Ten Under 10 recognition program highlights changing demographics and the impact that new dentists are having on practice settings. To qualify for the honor, dentists must have graduated from dental school within the past 10 years and have made a significant contribution to the profession, their community, and/or organized dentistry.

Support students from the five New England dental schools as well as a pre-dental team as they gather for some friendly competition. The teams will face off across multiple rounds, arguing current policy and ethical issues confronting students and practitioners alike.

Prior to the debate kick-off, the Ten Under 10 Award Ceremony will take place to celebrate ten young dentists who have shown tremendous involvement both in dentistry and their communities.

Immediately following the debate, join us for the 2018 All Work & No Play Student Reception - unlike any other! We’ve listened to what students are asking for and will be creating an evening of school-spirit and GIANT fun!

Those who complete Networking Bingo will be entered to win a $50 Amazon gift card. 
Top three winning schools of the District 1 Dental School Challenge during pre-Yankee spirit week will be announced by Crest + Oral-B at 7:00 pm

All debate attendees will receive a drink ticket to be redeemed at the reception.

What is the District 1 Dental School Challenge?
Beginning in January, ASDA leaders at each school will receive challenges directly from Crest + Oral-B that students must complete to earn points. Tasks include "liking" social media pages, taking free online courses, and completing online surveys for Crest + Oral-B, EDIC, and MDS. Attending the Student Debate at Yankee is worth 25 points! The top three teams will earn up to $1,500 for their ASDA chapter! Get ready to prove how much spirit your school has!
