Eric Kapitulik, was born and raised in Thompson, CT, and attended the United States Naval Academy. While there, he was a 4-year Varsity Letter winner and played on three NCAA Lacrosse Tournament teams. He graduated in 1995 and went on to serve as both a Marine Infantry Officer and Special Operations Officer with 1st Force Reconnaissance Company, 1st Marine Division. Eric left active duty after eight years of service and graduated from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 2005. He is also an ultra-endurance athlete and an avid high-altitude mountaineer. Eric is now the Founder and CEO of The Program, a team-building and leadership development company that works with corporations and leading collegiate and professional athletic teams throughout North America. Ancy Verdier, DMD is the founder of Worcester Periodontics, a periodontal dental practice located in Worcester , MA where he practices periodontology and implant dentistry. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Tufts University, DMD and Periodontal residency at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Verdier is a Fellow in the International College of Dentists and American College of Dentists. He is also a regular contributor to Tufts Practice Based Research Network.
