Florian Hillen, is the Founder & CEO of VideaHealth, a MIT spinout and leading dental-AI company working closely with the leading providers, clearinghouses, and dental insurers. Previously, he conducted research projects at the intersection of engineering and social science at MIT’s Institute for Data, Systems and Society and Harvard Business School, worked for McKinsey & Company and founded ninu, a digital healthtech start-up. He holds two masters degrees from MIT in Computer Science and Technology & Policy, a bachelors in Management & Technology and has completed the first State exam in Medicine.

Ali Hyatt, Ms. Hyatt joined Henry Schein One in 2022 and is the Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer responsible for leading the strategic marketing and customer experience efforts for the organization. She oversees Henry Schein One’s marketing and brand strategy, customer onboarding and implementation, customer training, demand generation, product marketing, pricing, sales enablement, and communications. She is a Member of the Henry Schein One Executive Team and a board member for the Henry Schein Cares Foundation. Ms. Hyatt has more than 18 years of comprehensive marketing and product experience. Before coming to Henry Schein One, she served as General Manager for Provider Commercialization and Marketing at Amwell, a leading publicly traded software company for the digital delivery of care, where she oversaw the global health system and hospital business, including marketing, product commercialization, and strategy. Prior to this role, she led all B2B and consumer marketing for Amwell across the provider and payer spaces, including demand generation and events, product marketing, pricing, consumer engagement, market insights, and voice of the customer. Prior to her career at Amwell, Ms. Hyatt held several key positions of increasing responsibility for marketing, product and strategy at Avery Dennison, American Express, technology startups and brand strategy consultancy Interbrand. Ms. Hyatt holds a bachelor's degree in communication with honors from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. She has been recognized as a Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange All-Star and a founding member of the Chief women’s network.

Stephanie Payne, DMD Dr. Stephanie T. Payne is the Regional Clinical Director, Director of Continuing Education, and Chairperson of the Clinical Management Team at 42 North Dental. She is a founding member of 42 North Dental and has been a practicing dentist for over 30 years. In her role, Dr. Payne mentors new and recent graduates with the aim of setting them up for a lifetime of success in dentistry. She is a graduate of Boston University Goldman School of Dentistry ('93), a member of the American Dental Association, American Women's Dental Association, and Massachusetts Dental Society, plus has been named a Boston Magazine Top Dentist by her peers. Dr. Payne is licenses to practice dentistry in Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, and New York. Dr. Payne is a past General Chair for Yankee Dental Congress.

Michael Scialabba, DDS is the Chief Clinical Officer for 42 North Dental, the leading dental service organization in New England. In this role, Dr. Scialabba oversees the clinical excellence of over 330 dentists and specialists, operating across 110 locations and 37 brands across nine states. Dr. Scialabba also serves as a Gubernatorial appointee to the Board of Registration in Dentistry. Since January 2021, he has been Chairman of the Board. He is a member of the Commission of Dental Competency Assessment and is an examiner for ADEX (American Board of Dental Examiners). This past year he participated on the Curriculum Committee for the annual ADSO Summit. Dr. Scialabba continues to practice at Great Hill Dental Partners in Peabody, MA where he has cared for his patients the past 15 years.
