This seminar will assist the associate dentist, whether working in private practice or for a dental service organization, to develop their plan of action to transition from an associate position to new practice owner.

After this course attendees will be able to:
- Identify the risks and benefits of either starting a dental practice from scratch or buying an existing one
- Determine steps to take to prepare yourself financially
- Build your team of professionals
- Review the process to buy or start a practice
- Develop a business and action plan
