This course is designed to empower dental assistants to step confidently into the world of clear aligner therapy. As treatment coordinators, clinical assistants, and digital workflow specialists, dental assistants are the key to successful outcomes and elevated patient experiences. “Becoming the Invisaleader” will equip participants with the tools and confidence to become a leader in aligner implementation within their practice. This journey covers patient education, records gathering, attachment placement, scanning techniques, and monitoring—all from the assistant’s perspective.

Speakers

In this course attendees will:

  • Understand the fundamentals of clear aligner therapy and how assistants can drive case success
  • Identify and perform critical records for aligner case submission, including intraoral scanning, photography, and impressions (if needed)
  • Demonstrate effective communication techniques to educate and motivate patients throughout treatment
  • Place, verify, and troubleshoot direct bonded attachments accurately
  • Explore digital workflows including aligner tracking, patient monitoring tools, and chairside efficiency strategies
  • Establish a step-by-step system for assistants to manage aligner cases from consultation to retention
