Proper suturing is often overlooked, but plays a crucial role in surgical dental procedures, contributing directly to healing response, success of treatment, and patients’ postoperative well-being. This course will equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed for effective suturing for a variety of surgical procedures. Attendees will learn suture principles, material selection, tissue handling, proper knot tying, various suturing techniques, and clinical applications. The abundant hands-on practice on silicone models will allow attendees to develop confidence in their suturing techniques.
