This course will provide a comprehensive overview of the biologic principles and clinical techniques used in the treatment of immature permanent teeth with necrotic or vital pulps. Attendees will learn to differentiate between traditional approaches such as Apexification and Apexogenesis and explore the latest advances in regenerative endodontic procedures (REPs). Emphasis will be placed on case selection, material choices, procedural protocols, and expected clinical outcomes, with a focus on evidence-based decision-making.

After this course attendees will be able to:
- Differentiate between apexification, apexogenesis, and regenerative endodontics in terms of indications, biological rationale, and outcomes
- Identify the appropriate clinical criteria for selecting the optimal treatment modality for immature permanent teeth with necrotic or vital pulps
- Describe the step-by-step clinical protocols and materials used in apexification and apexogenesis procedures
- Explain the principles, procedural steps, and goals of regenerative endodontic procedures, including disinfection and scaffold formation
