This course is designed to equip dental professionals with the knowledge and tools to protect their practice from potential lawsuits. These lawsuits can arise from both the practice of dentistry and the general operations of running a business. Our program will teach dentists how to utilize specific legal strategies to safeguard their assets from potential judgements. By implementing these tools effectively, dentists can gain peace of mind knowing their assets are protected.

- Understand the sources of lawsuits related to both clinical and with business ownership problems
- Recognize various tools that can be used for asset protection and how they apply to the practice
- Identify the pitfalls of the standard setup for dental practices in America
- Define the proper use of partnerships, LLC's and other entities
