In this course, the instructor will lend his expertise to both buyers and sellers. Discussion will be on practice valuations, selling to a DSO, and the legal contracts of such. Audience members should get a lot of information to help guide them through the processes, along with useful take-away pointers to avoid costly mistakes. Past attendees to this lecture have given excellent reviews of his detailed analysis of the transition industry and how to plan for their purchase or sale of a dental practice.
