This course will analyze lasers from the basics on where they came from, how they work, new features with newer lasers and how lasers differ than other modes of treatment and technology used in dental hygiene. We will explore how dental hygienists are incorporating lasers into their daily routine breaking each procedure down into easy to learn steps. You will be able to identify the ideal patients for laser treatment, what the laser is doing inside the body to help the patient, when to incorporate lasers within the hygiene visit, what kind of results to expect and how you can increase profits utilizing lasers.
Leave this course with a detailed plan on how to easily bring lasers into your practice, where to start, and how to easily add lasers to any hygiene schedule.
