This course will discuss current labor shortages affecting small dental practices. It will offer applicable clinical and business advice to reduce hardships being faced by small and start-up dental practices. The course will examine current labor trends within the dental field and cover policy contributions and continuous work by organized dentistry in the current business environment.
Speakers
After this course attendees will be able to:
- Discuss overall staffing and business models in the small practice field
- Understand the trends of the current labor shortage of auxiliary personnel
- Identify which tasks are allowed to be delegated and performed by auxiliary personnel
- Apply existing technology to improve workflow
