In this course, attendees will learn how to implement a proven, minute-by-minute workflow for a 60-minute hygiene and 90-minute new patient appointment that maximizes clinical efficiency, enhances patient education, improves case acceptance, and reduces clinician burnout. Attendees will also identify time-wasting habits, discover systems that support clinical flow, and apply strategies to stay on schedule confidently without sacrificing patient care.
