In this course both dentists and hygienist's will learn the leadership roles for successful implementation of Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and developing a thriving inflammation program in their office. Participants will gain actionable insights and strategies to confidently lead their teams, optimize patient outcomes and transition from merely surviving to truly thriving in their approach to oral healthcare.
Speakers
After this course attendees will be able to:
- Understand the fundamental principles and benefits of Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT)
- Identify key leadership responsibilities for both dental hygienists and dentists in GBT implementation
- Develop a strategic plan for integrating GBT in existing work flows
- Implement effective communication strategies to enhance patient acceptance and compliance with GBT
- Measure and monitor the success of a progressive inflammation management
