This course will guide you through the journey of turning your vision for a dental practice into reality. Designed to outline the essential steps for building your own dental office, it will cover everything from preparation and key questions to the practical aspects of development. The panel will start by identifying the right location, crafting a business plan, exploring financing options, designing a functional floor plan, selecting equipment, working with architects and contractors, marketing your practice, and effectively coordinating the project.
