Badge Changes at Yankee Dental Congress

One of the big changes to Yankee Dental Congress in 2026 is that badges will no longer be mailed.

What does this mean for you as an attendee?

Well, you will still receive a registration confirmation email that includes the details of your registered courses, as well as a QR code.

When you arrive on-site at the Thomas Michael Menino Convention and Exhibition Center (formerly the BCEC), you have two options to pick up you badge:

  • Option 1: Proceed to the registration desk where an attendant will help you print your badge.
  • Option 2: Proceed to Badge Express (scan, print, and go) and scan the QR code that was included in your registration confirmation email. You will then be able to print your own badge.

You can print your badge Thursday – Saturday. If you happen to have an unpaid balance on your order, you will be unable to print your badge until full payment is received.

Also, we want to be environmentally conscious, so if your badge is lost and you require a reprint, there will be a charge. However, if your badge is damaged or ripped on-site, just bring your badge to the registration desk to receive a replacement badge.
