Audiotaping, Videotaping, and Photography Policy
The Massachusetts Dental Society reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any courses or events during Yankee Dental Congress 2024 without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. The MDS may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, including but not limited to: flyers, brochures, invitations, postcards, websites, etc.

Corporate Forum, Exhibit Floor Classrooms, and Minuteman Disclaimer
An invitation to participate in the Corporate Forums, Exhibit Floor classrooms, and Minuteman Lectures was provided to all companies exhibiting at Yankee. Participating companies have selected the speakers and topics for the sessions and paid all related expenses. The information and opinions presented are solely those of the speakers and the sponsoring companies and do not represent the opinions of, nor constitute endorsement by, Yankee Dental Congress, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the co-participating states.
The Massachusetts Dental Society has final approval of all speakers and topics.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Requests for cancellations/refunds must be processed through the link at yankeedental.com this page; no later than December 29, 2023. After this date, no refunds - including for absences due to illness (including COVID-19), late arrivals, weather, or parking difficulties - will be granted. Cancellation processing fees are $25 per canceled registration and $5 per course. The minimum refund allowed is $10. All requests must be submitted no later than: December 29, 2023. Refunds will be issued in March 2024.
By attending Yankee, I agree to voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure and illness and agree not to hold MDS or any of its affiliates, partners, sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, or Event venues liable for illness.
