is a general dentist and owner of Stow Acres Family Dental in
Stow, Massachusetts. After practicing as an associate for a few years, she launched her
own startup practice and has firsthand experience navigating the transition from
associate dentist to practice owner. Dr. McPherson is actively involved in organized
dentistry through the Massachusetts Dental Society and American Dental Association
and serves as a mentor with Advocacy in Practice and is a member of the MDS New
Dentist Task Force. She is passionate about helping early-career dentists navigate the
professional, leadership, and business decisions that shape their careers.
