Mr. Chuck DiNardo

Chuck DiNardo is the CEO of DDS Lab, a leading full-service dental laboratory serving both enterprise DSOs and independent practices across the United States. With a background in law and healthcare leadership, Chuck brings a unique perspective to the dental industry.
Before joining DDS Lab, Chuck served as President of Aesculap Inc., a division of B. Braun, where he led strategic growth initiatives across legal affairs, human resources, and business development. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law and has spent much of his career at the intersection of healthcare innovation and operational excellence.
Since taking the helm at DDS Lab in 2023, Chuck has focused on driving lab modernization, global manufacturing expansion, and deeper collaboration with dental service organizations. His leadership emphasizes reliability, scalability, and partnership—key principles for navigating the evolving dental landscape.
