Mr. Dan Burke

Joined PDS Health In 2017 and serves as Chief Enterprise Strategy Officer and General Counsel. In his current rote, he leads enterprise strategy and strategic payor relationships while overseeing the organization’s legal, legislative affairs, and compliance functions. Pilar to Joining PDS Health, Dan held senior management positions with leading global retail, manufacturing, and consumer products companies, where he led functions including administration, strategy, legal, human resources, sales, and new market development. Dan has been an active leader in advancing healthcare collaboration and innovation. He recently served on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (CDG-NACDD) Medical-Dental Integration Steering Committees. He is a past Chairman of the Board of the Epilepsy Foundation of Orange County and a former member of the National Opioid Task Farce. A recognized Industry leader, Dan was named one of California’s Top 10 Innovative In-House Lawyers by The Dally Journal and received the General Counsel of the Year award from the Orange County Business Journal. He Is also a recipient of the Seven Seals
Award from the U.S, Department of Defense for his leadership and support of members of the National Guard and Reserve. Dan eared a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
