This session shows how a dental practice can modernize operations through a layered approach to technology. We begin with the foundational tools every practice should have in place: digital communication, automated confirmations, and paperless consent forms. From there we move into the advanced workflows made possible by AI and custom API integrations, including real examples from a working practice where treatment agreements, patient forms, reconciliation, and reporting run with minimal staff involvement. Attendees will leave with a clear framework for evaluating their current technology and a practical plan for what to implement next.
