This beginner-friendly session is designed to teach you the basics of dental insurance and documentation. Imagine confidently submitting clean claims and handling patient conversations that come with insurance benefits! Attendees will also learn how to organize your insurance workflows and necessary documentation.
You’ll walk away with practical strategies for more manageable and less stressful insurance systems. Insurance doesn’t have to be overwhelming!

- Organize insurance tasks from verification through claim follow-up
- Understand how to submit claims correctly, including when and which attachments are needed
- Learn how to read aging reports and identify issues early
- Recognize common causes of claim delays and rejections
- Utilize basic coding concepts and scenarios to confidently discuss dental benefits
