Over the past two decades, dental practices have faced increasing economic challenges, including weaker demand, staffing shortages, and flat or declining reimbursement rates. This course will examine the current dental market landscape and provide practical strategies to help practices adapt, grow, and thrive in an evolving environment. Attendees will gain insight into how successful group practices are navigating these headwinds and positioning themselves for long-term success.

- Recognize the key supply and demand factors that impact the success and profitability of a dental practice
- Describe the growing commoditization of dental services and its effect on patient perception and competition
- Understand how successful industries differentiate and de-commoditize their products and services to create greater value
